CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Following the completion of the pre-construction phase and the establishment of a delivery method, we eagerly move into the construction phase – the most exciting part of your project. The groundwork laid in the initial stages is designed to mitigate unexpected delays and prevent project overruns, setting the stage for a seamless construction process.

Throughout the construction phase, our commitment is to keep you engaged and well-informed. Recognizing that your presence for every activity may not be feasible, we schedule weekly meetings and virtual calls to discuss the project's progression. Weekly reports are shared with the entire team, allowing for collective tracking of schedules, inspections, change orders, and more. Our goal is to ensure you feel properly informed at all times, with timely responses to any questions that may arise.

At PMIL Construction, we know communication is key, and we go the extra mile to communicate with our clients.

We understand the importance of transparency and communication during construction. Frequent on-site walkthroughs conducted by our team verify that your project adheres to construction standards and meets deadlines. Schedule boards on-site provide visibility to subcontractor partners and suppliers, highlighting project milestones, key delivery dates, and other critical items for the upcoming weeks.

These examples illustrate some of the steps we take to guarantee the smooth execution of your project. Just as our delivery methods are tailored to individual needs, the construction phase is customized to ensure your unique requirements are met. We recognize that the scope of work may evolve, and our team is prepared to assist with any revisions, providing flexibility throughout the process. By monitoring costs and adhering to your specifications, we are committed to keeping your project on time and on budget.

“Patel & Milewski Construction exceeded our expectations with their constant communication. We enjoyed being kept in the loop at every stage of the process and being able to reach the team whenever necessary.”
